There are many patients in Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire under their doctor with arthritic conditions of the hip which can be helped through MBST. One such patient, a lady from Market Deeping was successfully treated by MBST therapy.
Osteoarthritis of the left hip
Pre MBST
Rising from a chair was only possible by holding onto something for leverage, taking several attempts, and then waiting for about 30 seconds or longer to make sure my leg was not going to give way underneath me.
Climbing and descending stairs was only accomplished by using one step at a time, leading with my good leg and bringing my other leg behind.
Bending was only achievable on a very good day. Things like putting on socks, tights or cutting nails achieved through perseverance and much pain.
Turning over in bed was done in stages - oddly only comfortable lying on my bad side. I was contemplating giving up driving as I couldn't change gear.
Post MBST
From the very first treatment I have been able to undertake all of the above actions normally, with very little discomfort and feel improvements in my movements every single day.
I can't praise the therapy highly enough and bore everyone I know with my experience.
