Dear Ann,

Now we have come to the end of my physiotherapy work to treat my injured shoulder I am writing to confirm how successful the treatment has been.

Having suffered for two years with this injury I came to you on the recommendation of Rich Hall who had had a similar problem.

You put me onto a course of MBST which produced an improvement very soon and now I can confirm that the shoulder is back to normal.
