When to see your Doctor

In this day and age with our lifestyles and pressures of life it must be recognised that back pain can be a serious problem. Back pain, the areas of spinal pain can be an indicator or a more serious health problem.

If you feel unwell with back pain, some people have sickness with pain which is acceptable but it is the unwell feeling you have to be sensible about.

  • Problems with passing or controlling urine
  • Numbness or pins and needles in the saddle area between your legs
  • Numbness, pins and needles or weakness in both legs
  • Unsteadiness on your feet
  • Lethargy and tiredness

From my experience very severe pain in whatever level of the spine can in actual fact be a warning of something more serious. Therefore you should recognise the need to see your doctor in, around or henceforth because it can be a warning sign to bad health.
